Support all website related requests as submitted. These requests will consistent of (but not limited to) adding third party pixels to brand websites, configuration of GA for new website builds, ensuring GA standards are consistently deployed across all websites, managing GA reporting requests that brand teams may require etc.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and consistent data collection across various digital platforms.
- Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data issues.
- Analyze web traffic and user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide insights to inform and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Recommend changes to website content, design, and structure to improve user experience and engagement.
- Suggest new opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes on user behavior and conversion rates.
- Analyze test results to make data-driven decisions.
Must have requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the field of digital analytics (Jr positions 2+ yrs)
- Fluent English, CEFR B2 or better
- Requires Strong Communication and Project Management skills with the ability to work independently.
- JavaScript Expert
- Expert in GTM (specifically a strong understanding of sGTM)
- Expert knowledge of GA360 and GA4 configuration.
- Wider understanding of the wider GMP stack, including ADH, DV360, and SA360.
- Experience with Google Cloud – Specifically Big Query, App Engine/Cloud Run
- Strong understanding of website technology (JS, CMS, Single Page Apps, iframes)
- Experience with Firebase
- Experience with API concepts/data integrators
- Experience with Privacy tech (one Trust) is desirable
- Experience using ticketing tools (JIRA)
Nice to have:
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console
- Strong knowledge of AB testing principles (if combining 1 of the analyst roles with AB testing capability.)
- Experience of using dashboard visualisation tools
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising Tech landscape
