DevOps Engineer

Work on site from the office in Krakow

Responsibilities:

• Assist in unifying and refactoring deployment jobs/scripts to improve consistency and maintainability

• Support efforts to optimize alerting systems, helping to reduce noise and improve actionable notifications

• Contribute to the design and implementation of dashboards with deployment and operational metrics visualization

• Help automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable deployments — ongoing with incremental milestones every sprint (biweekly)

• Assist in documenting deployment processes and creating standardized protocols

• Expected outcomes: reduction in deployment failures, decreased KTLO time, improved deployment speed and incident response

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position

• Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI

• Basic experience or proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy, or similar)

• Awareness of monitoring and alerting platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, etc.)

• Some exposure to dashboard tooling and metrics visualization

• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts is a plus

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in deployment engineering practices

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with senior mentors

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams

• Fluency in English; Kraków location presence required
