Professional Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT and TEAMS ROOM CONFERENCE SYSTEMS.
2. Previous experience in a highly regulated enterprise-level multinational organisation in a similar role is highly desirable.
3. Security Awareness: Understanding security best practices and protocols within the context of unified communications is crucial.
4. Proficient in PowerShell
5. Experience with automated Deployment in Azure DevOps pipelines
6. Proficient in configuring and managing Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
7. Experience with Intune policies, compliance settings, and conditional access.
8. Strong knowledge of managing Android and iOS devices.
9. Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
10. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
11. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar.
12. Degree in computer science, Business Administration, IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience.
