Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on mobile device management and/or meeting room systems.
• Previous experience in a highly regulated enterprise-level multinational organisation in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Security Awareness: Understanding security best practices and protocols within the context of unified communications is crucial.
• Proficient in PowerShell
• Experience with automated Deployment in Azure DevOps pipelines
• Proficient in configuring and managing Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Experience with Intune policies, compliance settings, and conditional access.
• Strong knowledge of managing Android and iOS devices.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar.
• Degree in computer science, Business Administration, IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience.
