Key Objectives, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
- Creation, analysis, and maintenance of customer data
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce task cycle times
- Participating in the implementation of new systems, including all necessary testing depending on the supported process
- Analyzing negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes and opportunities for proactive improvement
- Managing the dual maintenance period during system implementation
- Collaborating with the team to ensure process, tool, and performance measurement improvements
- Responding to account status inquiries from internal applicants
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- At least 2 years of equivalent professional experience
- Experience working with SAP (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Experience in data management, supply chain, logistics, or customer service
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Quick learner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer data management is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with operational processes
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an additional asset
Key Skills for This Position:
