Job Title: Ingestion Specialist

Location: Wrocław, Poland

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week)

Start Date: Up to 1-month notice period acceptable

About the Role:

As a Data Ingestion Project Specialist, you will be part of the Data Enablement Factory team, responsible for managing multiple data ingestion processes from various source systems into our Group Data Platform. You will coordinate technical and functional stakeholders, ensure smooth execution of ingestion activities, and report regularly on progress. This is a dynamic, international environment where strong communication and organizational skills are key.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate end-to-end data ingestion activities including ingestion, classification, and lineage
2. Collaborate with Data Engineers, source system owners, and external vendors
3. Document data ingestion requirements such as mappings and business rules
4. Track and report progress of assigned ingestions to the Product Owner
5. Manage production incidents related to ingestion processes
6. Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
7. Ensure timely delivery and quality of ingestion outcomes

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager / Data Business Analyst
2. Strong ability to drive, follow up, and report on data ingestion activities
3. Accountability for delivery from technical teams and external partners
4. Excellent documentation and presentation skills
5. Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
6. Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT

Technology Requirements:

Must-have:

1. Azure DevOps

Nice-to-have:

1. Experience with ETL, ESB, or API-based data integration
2. Familiarity with modern data platforms
