Data Analyst & Automation Specialist (Treasury)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Contract Type: B2B contract via Experis

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Data Analyst & Automation Specialist to support the Treasury team in building out its analytics and automation capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, automation, and financial operations in a fast-paced, innovative FinTech environment.

You will play a key role in transforming raw settlement and banking data into actionable insights, automating manual processes, and supporting the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS). You’ll collaborate closely with Treasury SMEs, Data Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure data quality, process efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Treasury data schemas in Snowflake; develop source-controlled views and materialized tables

• Build and maintain Looker dashboards, explores, and scheduled alerts for Treasury stakeholders

• Design, implement, and monitor n8n workflows and other RPA solutions to automate reconciliations, fee checks, and liquidity reporting

• Act as a liaison between Treasury and the central Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines meet control and reporting requirements

• Support the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS), including transaction categorization and integration with accounting systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)

• Provide Level 2 technical support for Cash Management processes within the TMS

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation tasks

• Hands-on experience with Looker (LookML, dashboarding, data modeling)

• Strong understanding of financial data, especially in the context of Treasury, Cash Management, or Reconciliations

• Experience in FinTech, payments, or electronic money institutions

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with n8n or other RPA tools (e.g. Airflow, Zapier, UiPath)

• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial process documentation

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
