In this role, you will:
Create, analyze, and maintain customer data
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce task cycle time
Participate in the deployment of new systems, including all necessary testing activities
Analyze delays and negative trends to identify root causes and drive proactive improvements
Manage dual maintenance periods during system transitions
Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, tools, and performance measurement
Respond to account status inquiries from internal stakeholders
Your Skills and ExpertiseTo succeed in this role, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with SAP
Experience with Salesforce
Background in Data Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and a passion for operational processes
Collaborative and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Customer Data Management
Foreign language skills
