CRO Specialist

We are searching for a person, who has already significant experience in websites’ conversion rate optimization — at least 3 years.

We are looking for a person, who can manage the whole process, sell the idea of AB testing, form hypotheses, design AB test variants, set up a test, in cooperation with devteam, and summarize the results. Our ideal candidate is a person, who is reliable, can work independently — and delivers high quality on time.

Fluent written and spoken English and Polish is a must.

Must have requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent English, CEFR B2 or better
• Strong knowledge of CRO frameworks & processes
• Ability to create mockups of AB tests variants, using any wireframing tool.
• Strong experience with one of AB testing tools
• Proven track record of smooth cooperation with dev teams
• Ability to analyse results and provide recommendations to the brand teams.
• Analytical mind, and analytical approach to problem solving.

Nice to have:

• Proven track record of successful AB tests conducted for ecommerce sites or brand sites.
•  Strong experience with Conductrics (or other industry leading A/B testing solutions)
• Good knowledge of HTML/JS
• High presentation delivery skills
