Conversational AI Developer

We are seeking a talented Conversational AI Developer to join our team and create innovative chatbots and virtual assistants. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development, natural language processing (NLP), and Gen AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai and Microsoft Bot Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design conversational flows
• Integrate NLP and NLU techniques into chatbots
• Utilize Generative AI services to personalize chatbot responses
• Develop chatbots for various channels (web, mobile apps, messaging platforms)
• Test and debug conversational AI solutions
• Monitor user interactions and chatbot performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in conversational AI
• Experience developing chatbots using Kore.ai and/or Microsoft Bot Framework
• Understanding of NLP and NLU concepts
• Experience integrating Generative AI services (e.g., GPT-3, Bard)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
