Job Title: Project Content Editor & SharePoint Site Developer

Position Overview:
A global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Content Editor and SharePoint Site Developer. This role is ideal for a content-savvy professional with a strong editorial background and hands-on SharePoint development experience. You will be responsible for upgrading internal playbooks and launching a comprehensive SharePoint site to support onboarding and training across the organization.
Responsibilities:

Review, edit and upgrade internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Develop and launch a SharePoint site for CRE resources, onboarding and training
-
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and CRE tone and style

Provide training and support to CRE staff on using the SharePoint site effectively
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism or a related field desirable

Minimum 2 years of experience in content editing and design

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Strong editorial and copy editing skills with a keen eye for detail

Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong sense of visual design and layout

Proven experience in content structuring and summarizing

Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint
-
Proficiency in SharePoint Online development and administration, including SPFx and custom web parts

Experience designing site architecture including navigation, metadata and information structure

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team

Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools

Familiarity with social media and internal marketing content

Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for SharePoint customization

Experience with mailing tools such as Mailchimp

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
