Job Title: Project Content Editor & SharePoint Site Developer

Start Date: ASAP (ideally early July)

Candidate’s availability: Notice period of up to 30 days acceptable


Position Overview:


A global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Content Editor and SharePoint Site Developer. This role is ideal for a content-savvy professional with a strong editorial background and hands-on SharePoint development experience. You will be responsible for upgrading internal playbooks and launching a comprehensive SharePoint site to support onboarding and training across the organization.


Responsibilities:


  1. Review, edit and upgrade internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  3. Develop and launch a SharePoint site for CRE resources, onboarding and training
  4. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and CRE tone and style
  5. Provide training and support to CRE staff on using the SharePoint site effectively


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism or a related field desirable
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in content editing and design
  3. Excellent written and spoken English skills
  4. Strong editorial and copy editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  5. Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong sense of visual design and layout
  6. Proven experience in content structuring and summarizing
  7. Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint
  8. Proficiency in SharePoint Online development and administration, including SPFx and custom web parts
  9. Experience designing site architecture including navigation, metadata and information structure
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills


Nice to Have:


  1. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
  2. Familiarity with social media and internal marketing content
  3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for SharePoint customization
  4. Experience with mailing tools such as Mailchimp
  5. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)


Team & Scope:


  1. Join a global team of 4 managing 80+ offices
  2. Team members located in Denver, Toronto and Warsaw
  3. Part of the larger Programs and Communications team


Key Deliverables (First 3–6 Months):


  1. Upgrade and finalize internal playbooks
  2. Design and launch a fully functional SharePoint site


Recruitment Process:
