Our client is a leading global telecommunications and digital services provider operating across multiple countries and partnering with networks worldwide. Their Digital Development team is responsible for web, app, and platform engineering, including scrum masters and technical product owners. They develop our online presence for consumers, including the eShop, marketing site, mobile app, chatbot, and smart assistants.

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer with expertise in IBM Watson to help build, maintain, and evolve our chatbot platform.Responsibilities

• Design and implement chatbot flows using IBM Watson Assistant

• Respond to business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Debug and optimize chatbot interactions for performance and accuracy

• Conduct testing to ensure quality and reliability

• Collaborate with global teams in an agile environment

Requirements

• Proven experience developing with IBM Watson Assistant

• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational design

• Proficiency in debugging and optimizing chatbot interactions

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

• Experience with version control tools
