Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who brings a strong combination of structured project management and deep expertise in organizational change. In this role, you will lead end-to-end change workstreams within complex, often technology-enabled international transformation programs. 

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change workstreams, including scope definition, planning, RAID management, budget tracking, and quality assurance

• Define and execute comprehensive change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness analysis, and adoption KPIs

• Design and implement stakeholder engagement approaches, ensuring strong leadership alignment and effective change networks

• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to capture employee insights and integrate feedback into transformation design

Expectations:

• min. 5 years of professional experience, including significant exposure to organizational change in large-scale transformation programs

• Strong project management background with hands-on experience managing structured change workstreams (planning, governance, dependencies, RAID)

• Proven experience in technology-enabled transformations, such as HR systems, enterprise platforms, or digital tools\

• Solid knowledge of established change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP or equivalent)
