Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who brings a strong combination of structured project management and deep expertise in organizational change. In this role, you will lead end-to-end change workstreams within complex, often technology-enabled international transformation programs.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change workstreams, including scope definition, planning, RAID management, budget tracking, and quality assurance
Define and execute comprehensive change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness analysis, and adoption KPIs
Design and implement stakeholder engagement approaches, ensuring strong leadership alignment and effective change networks
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to capture employee insights and integrate feedback into transformation design
Expectations:
min. 5 years of professional experience, including significant exposure to organizational change in large-scale transformation programs
Strong project management background with hands-on experience managing structured change workstreams (planning, governance, dependencies, RAID)
Proven experience in technology-enabled transformations, such as HR systems, enterprise platforms, or digital tools\
Solid knowledge of established change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP or equivalent)
