Rate: 180 - 230 PLN/h

Duration: long term (12 months with further extensions)

Work model: Candidates may work remotely from anywhere in Poland, with the expectation of traveling to team meetings once or twice a month in Warsaw's office

We are looking for an experienced Camunda Engineer / BPM Engineer / Automation Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of business processes using Camunda Platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient process automation solutions.Responsibilities

• Build and optimize processes in Camunda Platform 7 or 8

• Design and implement BPMN workflows and integrate them with external systems (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and improve business processes

• Create technical process documentation and system specifications

• Work with microservices and Java-based stacks or similar backend technologies

• Ensure quality through testing and debugging

• Use JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience as a Camunda Engineer / BPM Engineer / Automation Engineer

• Practical experience with Camunda Platform 7 or 8

• Strong knowledge of BPMN; additional knowledge of DMN/FEEL

• Experience integrating processes with external systems (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML)

• Hands-on experience with microservices and Java-based stacks

• Ability to create technical documentation and specifications

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

• Good understanding of SQL

• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN modelers, Visio, Camunda Modeler)

• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes in cooperation with business stakeholders

• Nice to have: knowledge of Kubernetes, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
