Working on various types of projects, combining knowledge and experience in business/system domains with coordination skills.
Different types of projects depending on the profile: advisory projects in areas such as solution selection, feasibility analysis, architecture development; management projects, including project portfolio management, project management; implementation projects, including ground-up implementations, upgrades, migrations, technological transformations, regulatory changes, and outsourcing projects.
Supporting project lifecycle management: estimating scope and effort, planning and selecting methodologies, scheduling, conducting, progress reporting, risk management.
Supporting the planning and coordination of product creation, coordinating execution, delivering results to clients, coordinating testing processes.
Preparing work products: system analysis, scope analysis, requirement documents, solution designs, post-implementation documentation.
Working with systems: analyzing documentation, designing, configuring, testing.
Supporting the building and management of implementation teams, managing work efficiency.
Participating in shaping and scaling team and practice competencies, implementing selected knowledge resource building, knowledge transfer, and training strategies.
Participating in recruitment processes.
Working in business domains as a functional/technical consultant, product owner, or expert.
Participating in initiatives exploring new areas of value creation for clients, related to new market trends, technologies, or regulatory changes.
Collaborating with subject matter experts within the organization, technology partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
Experience with Murex, Kondor, Calypso, SimCorp, or a similar system.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Experience in independently managing small projects or parts thereof.
Advanced domain knowledge in a selected area of markets, treasury products, Front Office or Back Office processes.
Basic knowledge of current technological trends, especially cloud solutions and AI.
Preferred previous experience in software development cycle-related positions: business/system analysis, configuration, programming, testing, or system maintenance.
Degree in management, finance and accounting, economics, econometrics, quantitative methods, or software development.
Very good knowledge of Polish and English.
