Buying Lead (Ariba) Consultant

We are looking for a Buying Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Ariba to support a procurement transformation initiative within the retail sector. This role focuses on streamlining purchasing processes, enhancing supplier collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement transformation initiatives using SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into system solutions.

• Configure Ariba solutions and ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement workflows and vendor management.

• Drive process improvements and support change management activities.

  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.

• Solid understanding of retail procurement workflows and vendor management.

• Ability to lead workshops and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in configuring Ariba and integrating with SAP ERP systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
