Business Process Expert – SAP Transformation

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Process Expert with strong experience in SAP environments to support our transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, documenting them clearly, creating process diagrams, and collaborating with global teams to map these processes into a new system landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews and analysis of existing cross-departmental business processes (in local SAP ECC), using workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation reviews

• Create process documentation in various formats, including narrative descriptions, user stories, and notation-based diagrams (e.g., BPMN)

• Collaborate with local stakeholders to validate process flows and identify gaps

• Lead the design and standardization of execution processes across the business, aligning legacy systems to a single global SAP S/4HANA template

• Participate in workshops and meetings with global teams as a business representative

• Ensure consistency between local practices and global standards

• Provide input into system configuration and functional requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP systems (preferably in SD, MM, or FI modules)

• Strong skills in process documentation and modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams at both local and global levels

• Experience with Signavio or LeanIX is a strong advantage
