Business Analyst with French

Contract Type: B2B (140-160 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support financial systems and internal applications within the SI Finance function. In this role, you will work closely with finance teams, global stakeholders, and technical groups to analyze data, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure alignment between financial operations and business objectives. You will contribute to the improvement of financial processes, enhance data integration flows, and support the configuration of internal finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Support users in daily operations and assist with internal finance tools and applications.

• Perform in‑depth analysis of financial data, interfaces, and data flows to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.

• Gather, understand, and document functional and non‑functional requirements in collaboration with Finance stakeholders.

• Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of SI Finance tools and systems.

• Coordinate with global teams, project managers, data managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

  
  

Expectations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst or in a similar dual finance‑IT role.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data sets and financial systems.

• Practical knowledge of SAP, SQL, Excel, Power Apps, and familiarity with ERP and finance management tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level), with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
