This business analyst role will be involved in transitioning new processes or services into the HR shared services environment, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role will also be responsible for driving service excellence through continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
Tasks:
Transition & Service Integration:
- Support the transition of new processes or services into the HR Services model.
- Coordinate with different HR functions to ensure smooth integration of services.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization
- Requirements gathering
- Process mapping and documentation
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to enhance service delivery
Automation & Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and HR technology teams to identify and implement automation solutions
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline HR processes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives
- Create test scripts and lead and monitor testing
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between HR Services and other HR/business units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 3 years Business Analyst experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology
Preferred:
- HR project management
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, RPA
