Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational structures and design processes and systems

• Assess business models and their integration with technology

• Evaluate current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state or business solutions

• Research, gather, and synthesize information to support business analysis activities

• Act as a subject matter expert and lead team collaboration and decision-making

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to cross-functional decisions

• Provide solutions to challenges within your team and across other teams

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders

• Develop detailed documentation to support process improvements and system designs

• Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends and support decision-making

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation

• Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and innovation

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Intermediate proficiency in Security Compliance Client Data Protection (CDP)

• Intermediate proficiency in Build Management

• Advanced proficiency in Functional Requirements Analysis

• Intermediate proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL for data analysis

• Good command of German and English

• Experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, product evaluations, and product launch support

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of SAP (e.g., call-up tables, data maintenance with SM30, executing transports)
