Business Analyst / System Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Work from the Wrocław office at least 1–2 times per week

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month

We are looking for a skilled and certified Business Analyst / System Analyst with solid experience in the insurance domain. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and designing effective, scalable solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and solution design

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders

• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and cost-effectiveness

  
  

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis

• Expertise in solution design and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing stakeholders across various roles and seniority levels

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools

• Strong organizational skills
