Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing processes, and supporting the end-to-end implementation of the Time Off module in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on global-scale deployment
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand policies, rules, and reporting needs
- Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Act as the first point of contact for defining and driving requirements with countries
Solution Design and Configuration Support
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Support configuration of leave types, accruals, eligibility rules, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment
- Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams
- Facilitate status meetings and communicate project updates
- Manage expectations regarding system capabilities
Testing and Validation
- Develop and execute UAT test scripts
- Identify and resolve defects or gaps
- Guide users through testing and gather feedback
- Transform requirements into end-to-end test scenarios
Change Management and Training
- Assist in creating training materials and conducting sessions
- Support transition from legacy systems
- Provide post-go-live suport
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and test scripts
- Support reporting by identifying key metrics and configuring reports
Future Planning and Recommendations
- Recommend next countries for rollout based on configuration proximity
- Contribute to building a global standard setup
Requirements:
- +5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst on global-scale projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Project management skills are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with testing processes, documentation, and change management
