Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and backlog items in alignment with business goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, stakeholders, and end-users

• Lead product development efforts using SAFe methodology

• Ensure solutions meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations

• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement

• Act as the main point of contact for product-related decisions and communication

Requirements:

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Aeronautics, or equivalent experience

• Solid experience in software engineering and product lifecycle management

• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High energy, innovation-driven, and a team player

• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, customers, and partners

• English at negotiation level (spoken and written)
