AWS Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructures on AWS
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK
• Automate cloud deployments, monitoring, and scaling using AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)
• Implement containerized and serverless architectures using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and AWS Lambda
• Ensure cloud security, compliance, and IAM best practices (AWS IAM, Security Groups, KMS, GuardDuty)
• Optimize AWS networking solutions (VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53, VPNs) for high performance and reliability
• Monitor and optimize costs, performance, and availability using CloudWatch, AWS Trusted Advisor, and Cost Explorer
• Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and security teams to integrate AWS services into applications
• Architect Level: Define and lead cloud adoption strategies, multi-account architectures, and AWS migration projects

Requirements:

• Senior: 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering, automation, and infrastructure
• Architect: 8+ years of experience with enterprise-scale AWS deployments, cloud strategy, and technical leadership
• Strong expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), containerized workloads, and microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, WAF, and AWS security services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and DevOps methodologies
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Prometheus, Grafana)
• For Architect Level: Proven experience in AWS solution architecture, multi-cloud strategies, and leading cloud transformation initiatives
