Automation ETL Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ETL Automation Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and integrity of our ETL processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute ETL test plans and test cases to validate data accuracy and transformations.
• Perform data validation, integration, and end-to-end testing across Snowflake and/or Matillion environments.
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines.
• Utilize SQL and automation tools to optimize and streamline the testing process.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ETL testing with a focus on data warehousing
• Experience with automation testing for ETL processes (Java/Python/C#)
• Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and validating data
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Insurance/banking/finances experience preferred 

Nice to have:

• Expertise in Snowflake
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
