Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work with Generative AI models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, ensuring production-ready quality standards. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate across teams, lead decision-making, and mentor junior members while driving AI innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions for complex business problems
• Apply Generative AI models, including deep learning and neural networks
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI models for performance and accuracy
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI and machine learning
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AI Agents
• Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning, Large Language Model Fine-Tuning, Foundation Model Fine-Tuning, and Foundation Models
• Recommended: Advanced proficiency in Database Architecture
• Strong experience with AI tools and Cloud AI services
• Ability to manage and collaborate with teams effectively
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions
