AI Developer

Location: 100% remote work (candidates must be based in Poland)

Experience: 4+ years relevant, 5–6 years overall preferred

Preferred start date: Candidates with up to 1-month notice period will be considered

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team and help build intelligent automation solutions. You will work on developing AI agents that convert SOPs into executable workflows, integrate with backend systems, and orchestrate complex processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents using Python, LLM APIs, and orchestration frameworks

• Implement self-correction, validation, and integration logic

• Collaborate with architects and data scientists on solution design

• Support MVP delivery and ensure production readiness

  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in AI development or automation

• Strong proficiency in Python, JSON, and REST APIs

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools

• Familiarity with software development best practices and version control

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Camunda, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions

• Exposure to LLM-based architectures and prompt engineering
