AI Developer (Dialogflow CX)

We are seeking a Software Developer – Dialogflow CX to design and implement advanced conversational experiences using Google Dialogflow CX. This role focuses on building and configuring conversational flows, integrating backend systems, and ensuring reliability and maintainability of dialogue logic. 

Responsibilities

• Build and configure conversational flows in Dialogflow CX, including intents, entities, pages, and routes.

• Develop custom code nodes, webhooks, and API connectors for backend integration.

• Ensure flow reliability, maintainability, and compliance with design and architectural standards.

• Collaborate with designers and testers to translate journey concepts into functional dialogue and resolve defects.

  
  

Expectations

• Strong proficiency in Dialogflow CX (flows, intents, pages, routes, entities).

• Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python for backend logic and webhook development.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud services (Cloud Functions/Run, IAM, Logging).

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, API Keys, and microservice architecture basics.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, JSON, structured logging, and debugging techniques.
