AI Copilot Developer

We are looking for a skilled AI Copilot Developer to design, configure, and deploy AI-powered copilots tailored to business functions such as procurement, customer service, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and fine-tune copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms.

• Integrate copilots with enterprise tools such as SharePoint, SAP, and Outlook.

• Train copilots on standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and both structured and unstructured data.

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to validate functionality and usability.

• Monitor performance and implement continuous feedback loops.

  
  

Required Skills:

• Experience with conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI.

• Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain, procurement, or commercial domains.
