AI Agent Developer

Location: 100% Remote (candidates must be based in Poland)

Experience: 4+ years relevant, 5–6 years overall preferred

Preferred Start Date: Candidates with up to 1-month notice period will be considered

About the Role:

As an AI Agent Developer, you will design and implement AI agents for SOP conversion, backend integration, and form generation using Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks. Your work will focus on transforming structured and unstructured documentation into intelligent, automated workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build and test AI agents for SOP-to-process conversion

• Implement self-correction and validation logic

• Integrate with Camunda APIs and backend systems

• Collaborate with architects and functional consultants

• Maintain code quality and documentation

  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with Python, NLP, or AI development

• Familiarity with AWS, JSON, Camunda, and API integration

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
