Our Client's business is looking for consultants to join over the next three months. We need Agile Coaches with SAFe knowledge and certification to coach the Agile SAFe implementation.

Position 1: Enterprise Agile Coach

Tasks:

• Implementing Scaled Agile encompassing multiple Agile teams and value streams
• Delivering Agile transformation and conducting Agile fundamentals & SAFe trainings for beginner agile teams
• Serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a Scaled Agile setup for multiple geographically distributed teams
• Facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning events and release plans, optimizing the Agile Release Trains (ART), tracking dependencies and bottlenecks, and implementing best practices
• Coaching teams on Agile Methodology, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
• Facilitating workshops, agile ceremonies, and team-building sessions to foster collaboration and enhance productivity across cross-functional teams
• Implementing, maintaining, and improving Scrum and SAFe practices such as PI and sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, demos, and IP sprints
• Delivering customized training on agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, tailoring content to organizational and team-specific needs
• Strategizing transformation roadmap and agile adoption with a product mindset
• Implementing process optimizations, reducing cycle time by 20-30%
• Promoting a collaborative "Together We Succeed" culture
• Developing Agile Transformation Roadmap to align all levels (c-suites, portfolios, teams) on key objectives, milestones, activities, and timeline
• Managing a scaled execution of an Agile transformation, including hands-on Agile coaching across multiple teams

Requirements:

• Expertise in Agile Management, Project Management, Software Delivery, Technical Management, and Risk Management
• Strong background in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Ability to manage geographically distributed, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ADO, Confluence, Visio, and POWER BI
• Deep understanding of the banking industry and its specific challenges and opportunities
• Ability to apply Agile and SAFe principles in a way that aligns with the industry's regulatory environment and customer needs
• Required Certifications: SAFe RTE
• Nice to have: Leading SAFe, A-CSM/CSPO/CSM, PSM I or higher, PSPO I or higher, Any coaching certifications like ICP-ACC

Position 2: Team Agile Coach

Tasks:

• Leading Agile transformations within the organization, including hands-on Agile coaching across multiple teams
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile Release Train (ART) synchronization, driving alignment and execution across multiple teams
• Providing expert coaching to key roles, including Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, enhancing their leadership skills in a scaled Agile context
• Implementing key performance metrics and dashboards, enabling teams to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows
• Spearheading the role of a Release Train Engineer (RTE), leading a SAFe program comprising multiple Scrum teams
• Coordinating and collaborating with leadership, product teams, stakeholders, and the System Team to confirm thorough and consistent adherence to SAFe processes
• Developing Agile Transformation Roadmap to align all levels (c-suite, portfolios, teams) on key objectives, milestones, activities, and timeline
• Managing a scaled execution of an Agile transformation
