The Adobe Experience Platform Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Target, within an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technology, customer data platforms, content management systems, and web/mobile application development. The architect will lead the strategic direction of these platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and driving innovation to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target, providing guidance and leadership on their implementation and usage across the organization.
- Design and develop the architecture for these Adobe platforms, aligning them with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Oversee the technical integration of these platforms with other systems, including CRM, DMPs, and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions using these platforms.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and technologies that integrate with AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the architecture, deployment, and operational procedures of these platforms.
- Provide technical consultation and training to IT and business teams on Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, data management, CMS technologies, and web/mobile SDKs to drive continuous platform evolution.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an architect or solution designer in digital marketing technologies, preferably with Adobe Experience Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Target.
- Proficient understanding of content management systems (CMS), particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex customer data platform architectures.
- Strong understanding of data management, including data modeling, data governance, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent knowledge of APIs, web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SDKs.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, preferably in a multi-cloud environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert or/and Master level
