Project Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Engineer to join our agile product development team. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of a Digital Product Owner, the facilitation expertise of a Scrum Master, and the analytical capabilities of a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements while ensuring seamless product delivery through agile methodologies.
Main Resposibilities:
Solution Engineering (40%)
Technical Solution Design: Analyze client business requirements and design tailored technical solutions that address specific customer needs using Microsoft Power Platform
Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and development teams, translating complex technical concepts into business value
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical specifications and business objectives
Solution Presentation: Together with Tech Lead - lead technical demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing product capabilities and addressing technical inquiries
Digital Product Owner (30%)
Product Vision Management: Define and communicate digital products’ vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary link between stakeholders and development teams, facilitating clear communication of requirements
Feature Prioritization: Make strategic decisions about feature development based on business value, user feedback, and market demands
Scrum Master (20%)
Agile Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Team Coaching: Coach development teams on agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from delivering value effectively
Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to agile methodologies while remaining flexible to team improvement opportunities
Business Analysis (10%)
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
Data Analysis: Interpret business data to derive meaningful insights that inform product decisions
Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documentation and process models
Solution Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements
An ideal candidate profile:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
3-5 years of experience in technical roles with client-facing responsibilities
2+ years of experience in agile product development or project management
Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering
Technical Skills
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies
Agile Methodologies: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
Product Management Tools: Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for business insights
