🔹 For our Client we are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant🔹
✔️Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in the Employee Central (EC) module.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a strong focus on release management, business rules, and metadata framework (MDF) configuration.
✔️Key Responsibilities:
Work on implementation and support efforts for the Employee Central module
Develop and manage Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reason Derivations in EC
Create and maintain MDF (Metadata Framework) Objects and associate UI screens as per business requirements
Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensure data security compliance
Configure and troubleshoot XML-based configurations (Data Models, Foundation Objects, etc.)
Monitor and manage release management activities, including testing and impact analysis for bi-yearly releases
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and user experience
Provide end-user training and documentation when needed
✔️Experience & Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Strong experience in configuring and maintaining Business Rules and Workflows
Expertise in creating and managing MDF Objects and associated configuration
Proficiency in managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Solid understanding of Data Models and XML configuration
Experience in SuccessFactors release management, including testing and regression analysis
Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to client interaction
Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies is desirable
✔️Experience & Skills:
SuccessFactors EC certification is highly desirable
Experience with other SF modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) is a plus
Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments
