🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for People KYC Tool Business Analyst Expert 🔹



✔️Role:

• Be part of a large transformation programme delivering the Group KYC Tool, an enterprise wide solution for company:

• Work with reference materials from the solutioning phase and capabilties to guide refinement activities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document low-level requirements

• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions to ensure clarity

• Negotiate and challenge requirements to balance value against effort and safeguard timelines

• Produce and maintain standardized documentation artifacts

• Conduct research and analysis to support solution development

• Collaborate with Feature Owners on progress tracking, status updates, and risk/issue management

• Suggest improvements to requirements or solutions to enhance value delivery

✔️Must-have knowledge and experience:

• 10+ years experience in global banking environments

• Strong AML and KYC domain knowledge with deep understanding of financial crime risks, controls, Risk-Based Approach (RBA), and efficient treatment strategies

• Experience working on large transformation programmes

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to produce professional documentation

• Strong stakeholder management skills to gain agreement from diverse stakeholders through clear options and designs

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them forward with appropriate urgency

• Open-minded approach focused on solution-finding rather than problem-identification

• Well-organized with passion for creating clarity and quality solutions

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple tasks, and deliver within deadlines

• Team-oriented mindset with relationship-building skills and commitment to team success
