Location: Warsaw

Hybrid model: 3 days in the office in Warsaw, 2 days remotely per week

Now, we’re expanding by launching a new tech hub in Warsaw, which will act as a direct extension of our core engineering teams in Lausanne, Zurich, and Singapore.

Your role

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Mid or Senior) to join our QA team and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality delivery across our main product - Wealth Platform application.

As a QA Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with developers and product managers in an agile environment to define test strategies and acceptance criteria Execute exploratory and functional tests to support dev teams, including manual testing when needed (new features, regression checks and release candidate validation)

• Design, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright with TypeScript (or JavaScript with Cypress).

• Contribute to test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, SQL datasets and test infrastructure.

• Participate in code reviews for test automation and share best practices within the QA team.

• Support the release process with regression test plans, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or Software Engineer in Test.

• Good knowledge of TypeScript (or JavaScript) to develop testing frameworks. Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (or Cypress).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for test data preparation and validation.

• Experience with CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).

• Familiarity with testing REST APIs and microservice architectures.

• Solid understanding of QA best practices, including test strategy, defect management, and exploratory testing.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java test automation (experience with Spring applications).

• Background in fintech or financial applications.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with BDD tools (e.g., Cucumber).
