As a Cluster Lead/Sub Cluster Lead you will be a part of our interdisciplinary skilled Technical Support Team. You will be engaged in application maintenance and change requests support based on ITIL. The main aim of the team is to execute supporting activities and routines related to application maintenance and monitoring. Multi-level incident and problem management for both software base and infrastructure services.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily Application Modernization Services work
- Coordination of the DDM (Digital, Direct & Mobility Team
- Status meetings with the Project Management
- Status meetings / reports with the Customer Team
- Continuous Service Improvements for the Customer Service
- Incident and Problem Management
- Root Cause Analysis
- Creating / Updating Documentation
- Interacting with Dev Team / 3rd Level Support Team to resolve issues
Requirements:
- JSON and REST Services / APIs (rather understanding of CRUD operations)
- Experience with leading a small team in daily business (~10 People)
- German and English: B2+
- AMS / OPS Experience
- Error / Root Cause Analysis Skills
- Basic Knowledge about Software Architecture and Diagrams
- ITIL (ITSM, ServiceNow, JIRA).
