    Job description

    Job Description: 

    As a Business/Technical Analyst in the DES Core squad, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital engagement platform and ensuring the successful implementation of various projects. You will work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, analyze reusability of various technical components and provide solutions that align with our strategic goals. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. 
    • Act as the primary interface between IT development and design teams and the business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. 
    • Evaluate new applications against business functional and non-functional requirements and recommend appropriate alternatives and/or enhancements. 
    • Prepare communications and make business presentations on business solutions and system enhancements. 
    • Lead requirements and process analysis for business cases and deliver options for viable business solutions. 
    • Facilitate the implementation and deployment of system changes to internal and external stakeholders by providing support, advice, and guidance throughout the project life cycle. 
    • Ensure proper translation of business requirements and business processes into structured requirements documentation. 
    • Support IT colleagues through the whole project development process, including the testing and deployment phases. 
    • Be able to analyze and document the frameworks, services and capabilities that could be reused by speaking to technical experts. 
    • Contribute to the development of business cases and perform risks and impacts analysis. 
    • Interpret a problem in its context and systematically look for additional information to solve it 

     

    Required Skillset and Experience: 

    • Strong understanding of business operations and IT development processes
    • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process analysis
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical project teams
    • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
    • Proficiency in English

     

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
