Senior IT Project Manager

Division: Group Technology Services (GTS)

Join Euroclear’s Group Technology Services Division, within the Core Systems (CS) Tribe, which oversees Mainframe and Tandem (HP NonStop) platforms. You’ll be part of the Core System Orchestration and Enablement Squad, a dynamic team delivering services such as testing, compliance, regulatory support, and communications—creating value both within and beyond the Tribe. We’re a collaborative group supporting Euroclear’s continuous evolution.

Your Mission: IT Project Manager / Epic Delivery Owner

As an Epic Delivery Owner, you will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives (“Epics”) within the Tribe. These typically involve platform evolution, feature enablement, resilience improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure efficient Epic delivery across teams

• Monitor Epic progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with IT control activities

• Define investment needs, including cost estimation and contingency planning

• Manage budgets (e.g., IT development) and support the Epic Business Owner in delivering business benefits

• Ensure adherence to SDLC controls, Agile methodology, and company standards

• Oversee deployment of Epics across environments when required

• Represent and report on Epic progress throughout its lifecycle—from ideation to closure—in steering committees

You’ll collaborate with highly skilled engineers and senior leaders, acting as the bridge between operational teams and strategic decision-makers.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering initiatives within defined scope, time, and budget

• Comfortable working in Agile environments; Agile certification is a plus

• Solid understanding of Core Systems technology stack (hardware, storage, infrastructure); experience in complex infrastructure is a plus

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Oracle Boards is advantageous

• Knowledge of Euroclear’s technical infrastructure is an asset

• Professional Project Management certification

• Agile certification

• ITIL knowledge or certification

• Flexible mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude

Group Technology Services (GTS) plans, builds and runs the global infrastructure of Euroclear, and is additionally responsible for the IT service management to the operating entities of the various Group markets. Group Technology Services operates its IT systems and IT services in such a way that, at an appropriate and benchmarked cost level, it can deliver the agreed levels of service to support the requirements of the business processes, for both normal operations and during disaster recovery.
