Scrum Master

The Innovation tribe aims to seize opportunities created by these new technologies and trends to develop products, services, and capabilities that address market inefficiencies and strengthen Euroclear’s role in market infrastructure. To support its growth and ambitions, we are

reinforcing the team with a Scrum Master to work within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Accountable for the delivery for the Team.
• Coach the team in Agile practices for efficient delivery.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify goals and scope.
• Foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to guidelines and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Prior Scrum Master experience, preferably 3+ years
• Sound knowledge of Agile values and principles, Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methods.
• Experience leading squads with end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
