Division: Group Technology Services (GTS)
The Group Technology Services (GTS) IT division is responsible for planning, building, and leading the global infrastructure of Euroclear. GTS provides IT service management to the operating entities across various Group markets. It ensures that IT systems and services operate at agreed service levels and benchmarked cost levels, supporting business processes during both normal operations and disaster recovery.
Role & Responsibilities:
By joining Group Technology Services Division, you will be leading a team that aims at:
- Setting up and professionally managing the collaboration team within Euroclear that manages all email, voice and O365 related systems
- Managing a team of IT professionals to take holistic responsibility of product backlog by maximizing value
- Liaising with application vendors and ensuring market practices are observed
- Taking accountability of modular architecture that allows development and absorption of various O365 & voice modules while ensuring consistent architecture approach
- Making sure security, business resilience, architecture roadmap and user experience aspects are taken care of as well as there is development of new functionalities
- Contributing to professionalism of IT and business functions by providing a stable and scalable process platform
- Transforming into Agile way of working
- Anticipating, identifying and assessing the latest technologies.
- Building relationships, both internally and externally, with key stakeholders at all levels
- Having “can do” attitude and focus on getting things done
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of our IT infrastructure and good knowledge of Euroclear business is an asset.
- A wide breadth of architecture experience involving data centers and networks at the high end of the size/complexity scale

Good insights in the O365 products and the MS roadmap. Having a high interest in innovation and how to bring this alive in the Euroclear ecosystem
- Managing the development of the team and making sure they have all the needed knowledge and means to support this complex environment

Leadership Skills: Providing direction, Strategic agility, Self-reflection and Inspiring/Engaging are important skills needed to be a strong leader at Euroclear

Manages a medium team/group in the operational delivery of a sub-part of the business. You can tackle autonomously all types of architectural analysis and can provide global & pragmatic recommendations adapted to the company context with little guidance.
