Scope of services:

• Designing and developing scalable applications using Node.js and React

• Working with MongoDB, including schema design and performance considerations

• Taking ownership of the technical domain and making independent architectural decisions

• Building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines

• Supporting production systems and handling support tickets when needed

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, ensuring transparency in technical decisions

• Operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to ramp up quickly

• Ensuring high code quality through reviews, best practices, and clean architecture

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React

• Solid expertise in MongoDB

• Practical DevOps experience with a good understanding of CI/CD

• Excellent communication skills and openness in decision-making

• Fast learner, able to become productive quickly

• Willingness to handle operational and support-related tasks

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or Rancher

• Experience with GitOps practices

• Broad AWS knowledge, including: EC2, S3, ECS, Route53, CloudFront / CDN

• English at C1 level or higher - daily communication

• Excellent communication skills and transparency in decision-making

Nice to have experience with:

• Working with large datasets, especially time-series data

• Knowledge of databases suitable for time-series workloads

• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers through: Code reviews, Specification reviews, Constructive feedback and knowledge sharing
