IT Administrator
Your Mission: To take independent ownership of daily IT operations, hardware logistics, and end-user support. By autonomously resolving requests and maintaining the IT infrastructure, you ensure seamless business continuity.
Scope of services
End-to-End Support:
Taking ownership of IT issues and acting as the decisive first point of contact for the business.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems independently.
Proactive Problem Solving & Automation:
Utilizing AI and automation tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, N8N, Windmill) to optimize your daily workflow, automate routine tasks, and write efficient support scripts.
Security & Access Management:
Strictly enforcing company security policies (ISO 27001 context).
Managing user accounts, enforcing MFA, and training users to utilize password managers (zero-tolerance for storing passwords on sticky notes or Excel files).
Onboarding, Offboarding & MDM:
Preparing macOS/Windows workstations, managing access rights, handling equipment logistics, and executing secure data wiping procedures.
IT Asset & Documentation Ownership:
Maintaining 100% accurate IT inventory and independently writing/updating technical procedures and clear ""How-to"" guides for end-users.
Smart Escalation:
Resolving all standard issues independently and escalating only critical/Security incidents to the IT & Security Lead.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
2-5 years of experience at similar position.
Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory): High interpersonal confidence. You must be comfortable talking directly to users, asking the right questions, and assertively guiding them through solutions without hesitation.
Solid IT Foundation: Proven ability to independently administer and troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Practical understanding of basic security hygiene (password managers, 2FA/MFA, phishing awareness, principle of least privilege).
Hardware & Network Knowledge: Confident hardware diagnostics and understanding of basic network concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Independency and ownership.
Nice to have:
Maker Mindset: An active interest in programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell), DevOps concepts, microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi), or electronics.
SaaS Administration: Experience with Google Workspace administration and Jira/task management tools.
Apple Ecosystem: Prior experience in managing and supporting Apple devices in a corporate environment.
