How you will get the job done

• creating, changing and deleting user IDs for the mainframe and its subsystems
• creating and granting authorizations for resources and applications on the mainframe
• troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving authorization-related problems in RACF
• operating data maintenance processes, managing user data, reporting
• supporting for applications / 2nd level support
• programming in REXX and SQL and support of change services for automated user and authorization administration (operational optimization)
• supporting system for the RACF databases
• supporting project requirements for new functions or application

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent English
• experience in IBM Mainframe area
• strong ability to analyze, precisely formulate and implement complex issues, combined with a strong solution orientation
• strong ability to work in a team, very good interpersonal skills
• knowledge of MS Office
• willingness to learn new processes and systems
• basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure
• very good planning skills
• knowledge of the ITIL standard process model
