    About the role

    To keep up with the growing number of exciting communication projects, we are looking for an Internal Content Creator to join our team and provide essential support to our Communications Department. If you’re passionate about making things run smoothly and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to play a key role in our daily operations!


    How you will get the job done


    • drafting, editing, and optimising articles and announcements for the intranet platform, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and tone of voice
    • content sourcing – gathering projects’ updates, success stories and leadership messages for publication
    • developing and maintaining a monthly editorial calendar
    • publishing oversight – managing the layout, formatting, and technical publishing on the SharePoint-based intranet platform
    • compiling, editing, and distributing of the Newsletter, summarising key intranet content for broader internal audiences
    • providing first-level support for content contributors, assisting with uploading materials, troubleshooting publishing issues, and maintaining SharePoint best practices
    • monitoring readership and engagement statistics – delivering regular performance reports
    • identifying opportunities to enhance the intranet platform experience and proposing new features or improvements to increase users’ engagement


    Skills and experience you will need


    • fluency in English is required (Level C1)
    • proven experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or digital content management
    • strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
    • experience managing intranet sites (SharePoint knowledge strongly preferred)
    • ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams and senior stakeholders
    • strong organisational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
    • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic image editing software
    • ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion
    • a proactive, solution-oriented, and creative mindset
