Senior SQL Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior SQL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions that support our applications and business processes. You will work closely with the development team to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and fine-tune SQL Server databases for performance and reliability

• Design and implement database migrations and schema changes

• Maintain and enhance T-SQL stored procedures and scripts

• Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures and queries

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

• Create and maintain clear documentation for database systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SQL Server development and administration

• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and performance tuning techniques

• Experience with SQL Server ETL tools and processes

• Familiarity with scripting languages, especially Python

• Experience with version control systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Communicative level of Polish and English

• Knowledge of .NET and C# is a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Azure would be an advantage

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid work model with a minimum of one day per week in the office located in Warsaw.
