Sr. Devops Engineer

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud Infrastructure-as-Code processes? We're looking for a hands-on DevOps expert to collaborate closely with our Application Development and Support teams to enhance tooling and methodologies.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions to integrate application delivery and infrastructure requirements into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify needs for build automation using Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and other DevOps technologies.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders regarding DevOps inquiries.
• Support the full life cycle of DevOps operations, including project automation and process improvements.
• Assist the Application and Support teams in troubleshooting or remediating production issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve DevOps processes and user satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4-7 years of experience in DevOps, Application Delivery Automation, or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform is required.
• Skills in Cloud Computing, Communication, Detail-Oriented, DevOps, Problem Solving, Professional Collaboration, Test Automation, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Technical Knowledge, Technical Support, and Technological Innovation.
• DevOps certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is a plus.
