Senior ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking talented Senior ServiceNow Engineers to join our implementation core team, driving the global rollout of ServiceNow modules and integrations.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure platform consistency and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are passionate about ServiceNow and IT Operations Management, apply to be part of our dynamic team.
Please note that this position requires the ability to work until 10 AM PST daily to ensure overlap with customer representatives and core team members.
Responsibilities
Implement ServiceNow globally from scratch
Work on modules including ITSM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, Event Management, HRSD, WSD, GRC, and Integrations
Build ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms such as OKTA SSO, Salesforce, and SAP
Ensure platform consistency and integrity
Perform patching and upgrades of ServiceNow
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external customer representatives, and vendors
Demonstrate results and provide recommendations to business and engineering stakeholders
Requirements
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Module implementation for at least 1 year
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation including ITSM, ITOM, WSD, and HRSD modules
Strong team player and effective communicator
Self-organized with ability to work with minimal supervision
Presentation skills to demo results to business and engineering stakeholders
Consulting mindset with ability to recommend improvements according to ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
Nice to have
ServiceNow certifications, such as admin, developer, and implementer
