Senior Salesforce Developer (Field Service Lightning)

We are seeking a driven Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions that enhance operational productivity across sales, service, and support functions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators, acting as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) capable of effectively engaging with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using Salesforce APIs
• Develop coding solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce core programming languages
• Configure FSL data models including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, and Skills, aligning with business processes
• Establish routing, scheduling, and policy configurations within FSL to meet operational requirements
• Utilize Streaming API to support real-time functionalities and applications
• Build efficient workflows and flows to optimize business processes
• Implement Salesforce CI/CD and deployment strategies for seamless development lifecycles
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of CRM Sales and Service functionality, including integrations with external systems
• Apply expertise in Salesforce Security Model and ensure systems align with security best practices
• Lead data migration efforts for transitioning data into Salesforce
• Address SaaS data models, web service connections, and enterprise architecture integration standards
• Oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations to unify user experience across systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related programming languages
• In-depth experience with Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud, including configuration and data models
• Competency in Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Streaming API, and integration solutions
• Deep knowledge of CRM Sales and Customer Service functionalities and integrations
• Proven background in Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, SaaS data architecture, and web service designs
• Strong skills in Salesforce Security Model, workflows, flows, and data migration initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Understanding of advanced Salesforce deployment techniques and version control systems
• Flexibility to use third-party DevOps tools for deployment and productivity optimization
