Senior Python Engineer with Azure and Go

We are looking for a talented Senior Python Engineer with knowledge of Microsoft Azure to support a project for our client, a global leader in educational publishing and services.

This fully remote role allows you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland, including your home or one of our modern offices located in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

In this position, your main responsibility will be to develop microservices that enable data workflows like processing, queue management, and handling evaluation results within a Microsoft Azure-based environment. The primary application you’ll work on is a Teams App designed to evaluate a user's English proficiency during calls and provide personalized language improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and process evaluation data stored temporarily

• Develop triggers for queue-based MP3 file processing

• Integrate with an AI system (AmORA) to transmit data and process evaluation outputs for user profiles

• Implement APIs for seamless communication between microservices and external systems

• Leverage Microsoft Graph API and Teams SDK for efficient data handling, authentication, and specific Teams-focused interactions

• Enhance app features using Graph API for smarter diagnostics and tailored learning strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming

• Interest in learning and using Go

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure

• Competency in designing and deploying microservices architectures

• Ability to implement queue-based event processing in distributed systems

• Familiarity with Graph API endpoints and Teams SDK for enhanced integration

• Understanding of enterprise-level security and compliance measures

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)

• Fluent communication skills in Polish

Nice to have

• Background in Go development

• Familiarity with Java or Node.js
